QUESTIONS ABOUT ADMISSION TO THE FAIR?

Q:  Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
NEW IN 2023 – There will be ticket booths located next to the Main Gate and the Carnival Gate for you to purchase tickets that will be given to the volunteers at each entry gate.  Please note that no foot traffic will use Gate 2 for entry after 3:30 pm each day as this will be vehicle entry only. Gate 2 is located next to the track/main stage.

Q: Can I purchase a season pass and how much is it?
Season passes are available for purchase in advance of the Fair at numerous locations.  They are also available online at https://lc.vts123.com and at any entry gate at the Fairgrounds through Thursday night.

Adult passes (13 & older) – $50.00
Child passes (5 – 12) – $35.00
Children ages 4 and under are admitted free!

Q: What are the daily admission prices?
Tuesday, July 11

– Adults (13 & older) – $15.00, Children 5-12 – FREE, Children 4 & under – FREE
Wednesday, July 12
– Adults (13 & older) – $15.00, Children 5-12 – $10.00, Children 4 & under – FREE
Thursday, July 13 – VETERANS DAY AT THE FAIR!
***All Veterans (Past/Current) are admitted FREE of charge with a military ID or designation on your drivers’ license!!***
– Adults (13 & older) – $15.00, Children 5-12 – $10.00, Children 4 & under – FREE
Friday, July 14
– Adults (13 & older) – $25.00, Children 5-12 – $10.00, Children 4 & under – FREE
Saturday, July 15
– Adults (13 & older) – $25.00, Children 5-12 – $10.00, Children 4 & under – FREE
*Shirt/shoes required for entry.

Q: Do you offer discounts on admission?
We are proud to announce Thursday, July 13 to be as Veterans Day at the Lincoln County Fair!  All veterans past and present are admitted FREE with a valid military I.D. If you have the veteran designation on your driver’s license that is acceptable.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept payment in cash or by check with proper identification.  Credit cards are accepted at the Main Gate.
There is an ATM located on the grounds.
Tickets can also be purchased online at https://lc.vts123.com     Yes, you can still purchase tickets at the gate!!!!!

Q: What are your operating hours?
The Lincoln County Fairgrounds is open for paid admission daily beginning at 8 am.  See the schedule here for daily events/activities:  http://lincolncountyfair.net/schedule/

Q: If I need to leave the Fairgrounds, will I be allowed re-entry?
If you paid to enter the Fair we will provide you with an admission pass for re-entry.

Q: What is the charge for rides/concerts/shows?
Once you have paid for admission all events and activities are included at no additional charge!!  Enjoy Fair week!

Q: Do you allow free admission after 9 pm each night?
You must pay to enter the Fairgrounds beginning at 8 am each day.

Q: Can I bring beverages/coolers into the Lincoln County Fairgrounds?
Other than bottled water, you cannot bring any other drinks and/or coolers onto the Fairgrounds.  Numerous food/beverage options are available on the grounds.  Bringing alcoholic beverages, narcotics or any illegal substances onto LCF property is strictly prohibited.

Q: Do you rent out wheelchairs and strollers?
No, we do not.  You are welcome to bring your own onto the Fairgrounds.

Q: Are pets allowed?
Bringing pets into the Lincoln County Fairgrounds is not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Q: Are seats reserved for the concerts or general admission?
Seating for all concerts is general admission.  You are allowed to bring lawn chairs in early and set them out.  We also have bleacher seats available.

Q: Do you have a Lost and Found/Information booth if I have questions?
Yes. Our Lost and Found is located on the east end of the Exhibit Hall.  When you enter the main gate of the Fair  it is straight ahead on your left.
